What does our agreement
actually look like?

Deposit

For trips of 5+ days, a $480 deposit per guest holds the slot and lets your planner contract local suppliers (hotels, hosts, private transport). Deposits are held in escrow until 60 days before departure.

Balance

The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. Trips of 3 days or fewer are paid in full at booking — there is no deposit phase. We email the balance invoice 75 days out so you have margin to plan.

Cancellation

Cancel more than 30 days before departure: deposit fully refunded. Cancel between 30 and 14 days: deposit retained, balance refunded. Cancel within 14 days: 50% trip cost refunded (we have already paid most of our suppliers).

Re-scheduling

You may re-schedule once at no cost up to 30 days before departure. Re-schedules within 30 days are case-by-case and depend on whether we can move the host team and accommodation.

Force majeure

If we cannot operate the trip due to natural disaster, border closure, or other events outside our control, you receive a full refund minus any non-refundable supplier deposits we have already paid (we disclose these upfront).
